Thank you for the link. I am always impressed by Yamaguchi sensei's aikido (and Osawa sensei-the father in particular). He said that when you are an uke, be (fall) like a sheet of paper. I think that this is very revealing and an important reminder for us students of aikido. How many of can take a uke--fall--lie a piece of paper? Lightness.
